The Market Harborough Same Day Access (SDA) service, based at St Luke’s Hospital, provides appointments for urgent health needs that are not life-threatening.
You can use this service when:
- Your GP practice is closed, and you need urgent treatment
- You have a minor illness or injury that cannot wait
- You need urgent medical attention that is not an emergency
Accessing the service
Appointments are available through:
- Your GP practice
- NHS 111 Online or by calling 111
If appropriate, you will be offered a same-day appointment at a suitable location.
There is no walk-in access for this service. Booking in advance helps ensure you are directed to the right place and reduces waiting times.
When you attend your appointment, our reception team will ask a few questions about your condition to help ensure you receive the most appropriate care.
