We are responsible for answering around five million calls 111 calls each year – that’s around one in every four calls made in England – and we span the Midlands a geography of more than ten million people.
Our dedicated workforce comprises Health Advisers (sometimes called all Handlers), Clinical Advisers (including Nurses, Pharmacists, and Paramedics), and Dental Nurses, plus a full range of operational and administrative support services.
