NHS England publishes Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) performance data to illustrate the range of services (including NHS 111 and Out of Hours services) that work together to ensure patients have a good experience of care and access to a clinician if they need it (published within six weeks of the month end).

Right now, there are over ten NHS 111 providers delivering this service to different parts of the country. The national statistics enable people to compare performance.
We openly share this information every month to show how many calls our service was offered (in different areas of the country), the percentage of calls answered within 60 seconds, the average speed to answer calls (ASA), the percentage of calls that were abandoned (Abdn - the caller did not wait for the call to be answered) and how we are ranked:
