As a registered nurse, paramedic, or pharmacist you will be:

  • Working within a compassionate and professional team of clinical experts.
  • Creating a positive impact on patients’ lives, providing them with telephone triage using the NHS Pathways system.
  • Providing secure, efficient, and patient-centred care.
  • Guiding patients across primary, secondary, and tertiary care.
  • Conducting clinical evaluations and offering support and guidance to fellow advisors.
  • Reflective Supervision led by supportive Clinical Leads.

Working Patterns: We recognise that 9-5 doesn’t work for everyone, so we have a range of working patterns available to suit your work/life balance. Our friendly talent team will work with you to find the best fixed pattern for us both.

Comprehensive Training: Successful candidates will undergo four weeks of full-time training, followed by three weeks of supported practice. You`ll be trained on NHS Pathways systems, a recognisable licence that you`ll receive on completion of training. Further details will be provided during the interview process.

Competitive salary:

  • Training and daytime shifts: £18.10 per hour
  • Evenings and night shifts: £23.53 per hour
  • Weekend shifts: £26.25 per hour.

Generous annual leave entitlement: Standard 25 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing with service up to 33 days + 8 bank holidays.
