CQC.pngAs part of their inspection they want to know what you think about the care and service you have received from us over the past year. That could include our DHU home visiting services, urgent treatment at our Loughborough and Toady centres,  children and young person’s mental health navigation and urgent night nursing services. You may also have called our NHS111 team for help and advice or used our clinical navigation hub.

You can tell the CQC about your experiences, good or bad, either online at www.cqc.org.uk/yourexperience or by telephoning them on 03000 616161.

For example: Were our staff caring and did they treat you with dignity and respect? Were you involved in decisions about your care? Were you listened to? Did you have enough time to discuss your concerns? Were your needs responded to with the right care and treatment at the right time?

Your feedback will always be treated confidentially. CQC may not respond individually to your feedback, but they may contact you for more information if you provide contact details.

Once they have completed our inspection they will publish a report on their website at www.cqc.org.uk
