It seems that DHU Healthcare and NICE are a match made in heaven after securing another award for our incredible partnership.
The team took home The Forum Partnership Award for the work we have done in collaboration with NICE on our CXOne and Workforce Management system.
Our cloud based telephony system, launched just over a year ago, was instrumental in DHU securing the provision of NHS111 services across the Midlands. We have received numerous awards and plaudits for this piece of work that has been held up as an example of good practice.

Meanwhile the workforce management system has helped our people to create a better work life balance, making it easier to plan and book annual leave, access shifts and plan ahead.
It’s another prestigious award for the partnership that continues to go from strength to strength.
Adam Paginton is DHU111’s System Development manager, he said: “This award basically showcases the amazing work done by our clinical, operations and support teams, not to mention the project management and digital teams.
