Meet Kelsey Lowe, an essential member of our team and Admin Assistant at the bustling Advice Centre in Oldbury. Kelsey's journey with DHU Healthcare began last January when she joined as a Health Advisor after spending 11 months in a similar role with 111. Her transition from a Health Advisor to her current administrative position highlights the supportive environment and career development opportunities provided by DHU.

Prior to joining DHU, Kelsey worked for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Reflecting on her experience with DHU, Kelsey expresses gratitude for the organization's unwavering support in her career development. Kelsey underwent training on Pathways before stepping into her role as a Health Advisor. Her proudest moment came when she successfully completed her probation period in this challenging position. In her day-to-day responsibilities, Kelsey plays a pivotal role in the efficient functioning of the Advice Centre. Her tasks include updating spreadsheets for audits, ensuring colleagues' mandatory training is up to date, handling general office duties, and offering support to the team.
