With nearly three years at DHU Healthcare, Jessica Page brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her role as the 111 Resource Coordinator.
Her journey with DHU began as a Health Advisor and Coach within the NHS111 team before transitioning to her current position where Jessica is an important part of the Workforce Management team and the only person completing a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship. Her commitment to learning has shown in her quick progression through the course, where she has already mastered tools like Excel and Power BI, building up her knowledge of data analysis.
Jessica told us: "Before joining DHU, I worked in customer service and pharmacy advisory roles for another healthcare provider. Whilst I enjoyed those roles, my passion for making a difference led me to the NHS111 service. From starting as a Health Advisor and Coach to moving into my current role as the 111 Resource Coordinator, it's been an incredible learning experience.
"Day to day, my role involves a blend of administrative tasks and behind-the-scenes coordination to ensure the smooth operation of the NHS111 service. With a background in healthcare, I understand the demands of the role and strive to make informed decisions that benefit both our colleagues and the organisation."
Jessica credits her managers and mentor for their guidance as her career has developed within DHU. She continued: "I'm grateful for the unwavering support of the management team and my mentor, who have been instrumental in my professional development. Their guidance has equipped me with the technical and soft skills needed to excel in my role and prepare for future opportunities.
"With a management team that values and appreciates their employees, I'm inspired to continue pushing boundaries and driving positive change within the organisation. Together, we're not just a team—we're a family, dedicated to making a real difference in healthcare.
"Whether it's testing new telephony systems or collaborating with colleagues, I approach every task with enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail. I'm grateful for the supportive team environment at DHU, where I feel motivated to thrive and grow."
