"At DHU, we're passionate about closing the gender pay gap and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. As part of our commitment to gender equity, we produce annual reports to understand representation across our organisation – helping us identify gaps and take meaningful action. By developing inclusive hiring practices and supporting career progression, we're building a future where equal representation is at the heart of everything we do.

and career progression processes to remove barriers and champion fairness, opening opportunities for everyone to thrive. Through regular pay equity reviews, investment in leadership development, and mentoring programmes, we empower women at every stage of their careers.

"This year, we're proud to launch an Accelerated Leadership Programme to support future female leaders, alongside springboard opportunities designed to fast-track career growth. Our reverse mentoring initiatives will further amplify diverse perspectives, helping us learn from each other and shape a more inclusive workplace.

"By empowering women at every stage of their careers, we're building a workplace where talent is recognised, voices are heard, and everyone can reach their full potential – driving progress towards a more equitable future, together.

"This International Women's Day, we're proud to celebrate the progress we've made – and remain focused on creating a more equitable, inclusive workplace for all."
