DHU Healthcare is thrilled to announce the successful completion of a series of digital engagement sessions held this week across our Primary Care services at Bowling Green Street Surgery, Thurmaston Health Centre, and Heron GP Practice in Leicester.
These sessions centred around patient education and understanding of digital healthcare tools, with a primary focus on the usage of the NHS App, along with a guide to accessing services through our GP websites.
The NHS App provides patients with an easy and accessible way to connect with their healthcare providers. The digital engagement sessions aimed to simplify the healthcare journey for both patients and practitioners, and we are thrilled to say they were highly successful.

Patients were also guided through the process of accessing services through our GP websites, providing them with comprehensive knowledge and confidence in utilising these digital platforms.
