• Visiting NHS 111 Online or calling 111

If appropriate, you will be offered an appointment for minor illness treatment.

You can also walk in for minor injuries without an appointment.

Using NHS 111 or your GP practice helps make sure you are directed to the right service and reduces waiting times.

To ensure you receive the best possible care, our reception team will ask a few questions about your condition when you arrive.
