Welcome to Orbis1

As providers of vital health care services on the NHS frontline – across the East Midlands and beyond – DHU Health Care is continuing to grow its business.

Orbis 1 is the home of our new purpose-built NHS111 Advice Centre, situated in the heart of the East Midlands. The easy to reach Orbis Building includes areas for training, meetings and staff welfare – as part of DHU’s commitment to provide colleagues with the best possible workplace support.

The Journey

In April 2021, as DHU Health Care continued to grow and expand its business, the Orbis1 building on Pride Park in Derby was secured as a dedicated advice centre for our DHU NHS111 services.

This fantastic multi-million-pound space is our home for the next ten years.  Together with our contractor Overbury – and local architect Maber – we’ve undertaken an incredible design and refurbishment, in collaboration with colleagues, that has sustainability, environmental and wellbeing at the core of its design.

Where are we based?
