Who are DHU 111 and what do we do?
DHU 111 (East Midlands) CIC is a subsidiary of DHU Health Care CIC , with its own in house call centres providing a high quality NHS 111 service designed to fit patient needs.
We specialise in offering a locally provided service and are responsible for the care of approximately 5 million patients who live in the Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicester, Leicestershire, Rutland, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire and Milton Keynes areas of the country.
Since NHS 111 went live it has been commissioned across a population of 55,998,200 people in England, all of whom are served by a variety of providers, including ourselves. DHU 111 serves a population of 4,899,200 people in the East Midlands and beyond, which represents 8.75% of the total population of England.
Our three call centres deliver a valuable service by ensuring our patients remain our main priority. Working alongside other NHS providers we offer a completely integrated care solution with state-of-the-art technology delivered by highly trained employees.
