Winners of the Leicester Chambers’ Business Awards 2019 Revealed

DHU Urgent Care LLR (Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland) have been nominated in two categories in the Chamber’s Leicester Business Awards, and were proud to attend the prestigious event on 20th September.

The event, in which leading businesses are judged by their business peers, are the only regional awards to offer finalists the opportunity to go through to the national British Camber of Commerce Awards.

Chamber President Kevin Harris, who spoke at the start of the evening, said: “One of the main privileges of being Chamber President is being able to address and celebrate the crème de la crème of our region’s businesses at the Business Awards.

“Making it through to the final is cause for celebration in itself and whether you get that far or walk off with the ultimate crown, you should shout about that success and proclaim to the world that yours is one of the best businesses out there.”

DHU Health Care were finalists in two categories, the Outstanding Growth Award and Excellence in Customer Service and, despite coming away without an award, were pleased to be in such excellent company.

Both these categories demonstrate the fantastic work undertaken by the staff of LLR and the high quality of care delivered across the diverse range of services we provide. Although we didn’t win to be shortlisted was a brilliant achievement and one we should be proud of.”
